The registration fee for our services is non-refundable once it has been processed. This fee is required to complete the registration process for our online education and job recruitment services.

The only charges on our platform are for registration or subscription to the services offered. As we are not offering physical goods or other services, the refund policy is aligned with these digital subscription-based services.
Since the registration fee is non-refundable, cancellation of services after registration is not possible. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is processed, we cannot accept cancellations or provide a refund.
We do not provide refunds for the registration fee under any circumstances. However, in exceptional cases, if there is a technical error on our part, or if a service is unable to be provided as advertised, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer an alternative solution, such as a credit towards other services.
In the rare event of a refund being applicable, the process will take 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited to the customer's bank account.
